Craig P. Coy, CEO

Command Security is pleased to announce that Craig P. Coy has joined the Company as its CEO.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Coy served as President and COO of L-3's Homeland Security Group. Prior to joining L-3, Mr. Coy served as the CEO of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), where he oversaw Logan International Airport, the Port of Boston, the Tobin Bridge and Hanscom Field in Bedford. At Massport, Mr. Coy led the implementation of Logan's nationally recognized 100 percent bag screening program, the nation's first permanent system approved for a major U.S. international airport. Prior to that, he served as CEO and President of HR Logic, before which, he spent eight years providing logistical support, maintenance and training services to the aerospace industry as VP and GM for Lear Siegler Services, Mr. Coy served in the U.S. Coast Guard for more than 20 years in various capacities, including COO for activities in Europe and Director of the Commandant's Strategic Planning Office. In 1983, he became the first USCG officer ever to be selected as a White House Fellow and worked with President Ronald Reagan's domestic policy advisor, before going on to serve as deputy director for Counter Terrorism at the National Security Council.

Kevin Bozarth, Manager of Large Systems Engineering
North American Video (NAV) announced that Kevin Bozarth has been named as Manager of Large Systems Engineering. Bozarth brings a wealth of IP, Network and Engineering expertise to NAV. In this newly created position, Bozarth will lead the NAV Network team and be responsible for managing the sales engineering activity for large surveillance projects. Bozarth will be located in the company's head office located in Brick, New Jersey.

Bozarth's previous experience includes almost 10 years with Pelco. During that time he opened Pelco's Macau office and served as the area Manager for almost three years. His experience also covers the pre-sale, design and support of large systems for more than two dozen casinos as well as numerous commercial facilities.

Oberthur Technologies
Jerome Ronze, CFO
Jerome Ronze has been appointed CFO of Oberthur Technologies by Xavier Drilhon, CEO. Ronze will be in charge of all finance, legal, tax and insurance matters. He will also be a member of the Executive Committee. Before joining Oberthur Technologies, Ronze was CFO of Sperian Protection, a company listed in Paris with approximately $900 million in revenue, a worldwide footprint and 6,000 employees.

Having started his career at Schlumberger, and then Axalto / Gemalto where he spent altogether more than seventeen years, in France, South America, North America and Asia, Ronze has acquired a deep knowledge and understanding of the digital security industry that will be a major asset for Oberthur Technologies.
