ObjectVideo, the leader in intelligent video, announced it has filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) requesting the commencement of an investigation pertaining to products from Robert Bosch GmbH; Bosch Security Systems; Samsung Techwin; Samsung Opto-Electronics America; Sony Corporation; and Sony Electronics. The complaint seeks an exclusion order and a cease and desist order barring the importation, sale for importation, or sale after importation of products from Bosch, Samsung and Sony that contain software features and functions which infringe certain ObjectVideo patents.
