With immediate effect, IMS Research Japan is headed by Masanori Wakabayashi, who joins with extensive industry experience having held leadership positions at comScore Japan and Digital Vision Inc. IMS Research is actively growing its Japanese research team to augment its 115 industry analysts worldwide. In addition, having a direct sales presence in Japan, while continuing to work closely with its reseller partner Global Information Inc., will enable IMS Research to realize its aggressive growth plans for Japan over the next few years.
