HRS’s solution provides the full workforce management functionality, which includes time and attendance, CSCS accreditation and incident reporting. This also helps the company to adhere to health and safety regulations.

The difference is that there is no access control feature and functions without the need for turnstiles but still manages the credentials of the work force. This is a solution for Alstom Power Station because Dornan Engineering provides site accommodation but needs to manage their team's attendance onsite.
