“Schlage product portfolio provides immediate access to the decorative door hardware and lock category, as well as entry into the custom showroom distribution channel,” said John Evans, VP of Marketing and Product Management for Ingersoll Rand.
Schlage product will be operated independently from Schlage by the current operational team with the support and resources of Ingersoll Rand. Schlage solution will continue to focus on custom and designer showrooms across a wide range of market venues and will promote its signature “suited design” concept of design-matching door hardware, plumbing and bath products along with its original joint-venture partner, Globe Union.
