A&A, a service provider that offers integrated protection solutions for life safety, security, and health care communication systems, was acquired by CEC of Hiawatha, Iowa. CEC is a systems and technology integrator.
The integration of these two companies allows for an increase in technical and financial strength, offers expanded product and service offerings to customers, and provides a greater service coverage area.
Both organizations currently offer life safety, security and health care communications systems and services to their clients. This acquisition strengthens these areas for both companies. It also allows A&A to provide audio/video and information technology offerings, and allows CEC to expand its monitoring and fire alarm testing and inspection services.
“A&A will benefit from CEC's financial strength and additional product partnerships, increasing integrated systems offerings for our customers,” said Tom Binish, Owner of A&A Fire and Security. “This new combination of industry experience, technical resources, and dedication to service will benefit our entire customer base.”
“CEC's acquisition of A&A is a perfect fit,” said Matt Dlouhy, President of CEC. “Both companies represent the industry's products and have exceptional employees, allowing us to combine best practices so we can focus even more on the ultimate customer experience.”
