Another “first” from SUREN – the lens is the cover – the new K-Pod PIR motion sensor receives design awards worldwide. Smooth “pod” front blends quietly with room décor. Patented DSP ASIC with HighBar? processing detects intruders yet resists false alarms. EvenEye? lens array adds size discrimination for the 10kg pet-immune version. Installation is quick, with 45-degree corner-mounting surfaces, mounting/ wiring knock-out holes, and a secure swivel-mount accessory interface. Top-line features include bug-guard sealed optics, -40° to 55°C operation, dual-slope digital temperature compensation, sensitivity selection and LED enable control. Sabotage is reported by a cover tamper switch and a wall tamper switch (optional). Standard solid-state relay output or OEM bus / wireless interfaces are all available. Wireless versions operate for several years, whether built for CR123 or for 2xAAA battery power.
