Euro profile mortice sash lock with deadbolt and latchbolt. Complete with double cylinder to control deadbolt and to retract latchbolt. With the deadbolt locked it denies access to a code user. The key can be used to open doors for management functions such as security and cleaning. The split follower enables the inside lever to retract the deadbolt and latch to prevent accidental lock in when the deadbolt is thrown.

    Finishes available
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) hardwearing low maintenance finishes SS (stainless steel) and PB (polished brass).

       4xAA Cells
Code Free mode can be set electronically at the keypad or mechanically by means of the override key. CL5000 locks can be supplied keyed alike on request.
    For internal and external use.

     CL5010 Mortice Latch
Outside lever turns freely without operating the latchbolt. When valid code is entered and blue light burns, the lever will retract the latchbolt. When the door closes the spring latch will automatically lock the door. The key will open the door for management functions. The key may be used to set the lock into Code Free mode so that anyone can open the door without using a code. Code Free mode can also be programmed at the keypad using the Master Code.

     CL5020 Full Mortice Lock
    with Safety Feature

Outside lever and key functions as CL5010. Lockcase key retracts latchbolt for entry without using a code. Key controls the deadbolt position. When deadbolt is projected it denies access by code. When deadbolt is projected the safety feature allows the inside lever handle to retract the deadbolt and the latchbolt, preventing people being accidentally locked in.

The lock can ctore up to 80 different User Codes. Codes may be 4, 5 or 6 digits long. Programming is via the keypad, using the Master Code. The lock has fitted as standard two alarm release terminals. REM1 is used to open the lock from a reception desk button or answerphone. REM2 can be linked to an alarm system which, when activated by a momentary contact, will release the door for 30 minutes. This allows emergency personnel to enter the room to rapidly check that no one has been trapped or overlooked.
