- InstaPass is a very quick and easy to use visitor system. Normally reception desk based, it is a secure management system that immediately prints visitor passes with optional colour ID photos and security barcodes. It can also send email alerts (including an ID photo) announcing visitors!| arrival and print Fire Regulations with secure Car Park Passes. Visitors can be automatically logged using barcode security - and visitor summary management reports are always available.
In addition, previous visitor details are private from new visitor and able to fast and accurate sign in for a 'previous visitor!|. It can clearly identify all visitors, employees or contractors. It also provides optional ID photo locks the pass to the visitor with unique barcode on pass for fast and accurate control. Every visitor receives totally up to date Health & Safety information.
Other features including email alert announcement of arrival visitor, instant printed reports for emergency and management, data exported for database use and secure copies of data can be held elsewhere, loading many passes into printer at once and running cost to be as low as 5p per visitor.
