Product Specifications
  • The KeyWatcher six-module cabinet is designed so that any one of the six modules can be configured to hold six, eight or 16 keys. Additionally, the cabinet can be configured with large single or dual lockers to manage larger objects as efficiently as managing keys.

The new horizontal style cabinet is ideal for mounting over or under counter tops or other objects because it keeps all of the key slots within easy reach as well as being more accessible for the handicapped. While the new KeyWatcher cabinet is horizontal in design (two modules tall and three modules wide) with a bottom-mounted control box, it can also be installed utilizing an optional remote keypad and display box that can be mounted adjacent to the system for easier access to the keypad and display. This remotely mounted keypad and display box can be used in place of the control box, enabling the system to be mounted on a wall directly against a countertop surface, or in conjunction with it to allow easier access to viewing the display and better accessibility to the keypad.

The new KeyWatcher six-module cabinet is engineered with the same high quality features found in the KeyWatcher line-up, including automatic recording of the access history of each key, including user, date and time of key access/return. The system releases assigned keys only to users (up to 2000) with the proper authorization code (either finger identification or numerical code), and cannot be manipulated or easily tampered with. The unit's rugged stainless steel construction and near indestructible key fobs, which readily accommodate both hard keys and plastic key cards, are designed for heavy use and the illuminated key slots make accessing and returning keys easy.
