Sony encoders include SNT-EX101, SNT-EX104/EP104 and SNT-EX154/EP154, ranging from one-channel/four-channel box types to four-channel blade configurations with 1U/3U rack stations. These encoders are ONVIF compliant to ensure easy integration. In addition, they can dual-stream including JPEG/H.264, MPEG-4/H.264, or MPEG-4/JPEG video at full 30/25 fps and up to D1 resolution.
The SNT-EX/EP series is a possible option when migrating from an existing analog camera system to an IP-based monitoring system – even in the most demanding application environments, such as education, transportation, factories, health care facilities, public venues and airports.
