Inquiry Center
Send product inquiries through the Products section. After sending an inquiry, check the Inquiry Center for replies from suppliers.

The Inquiry Center helps you track and manage your inquiries. Messages cannot be deleted. Once suppliers remove or delete products from their profiles, related product inquiries will remain in your Inquiry Center as " Offline Products. "
