The awards, organised by security installer publication PSI Magazine, recognise the industry's best and most popular offerings in several key categories.
PSI selects finalists annually, in consultation with industry insiders and experts. The magazine's readers, from the security installer community and beyond, are then invited to choose winners via electronic ballot. PSI states that finalists, including DirectIP, are chosen due to industry excellence in “features, benefits, ease of installation and best service,” while noting that category winners reflect the preferences and popular sentiments of the security community, as well.
